DFA: “This isn’t the release of a redacted Muller report, this is a coverup”
Following Attorney General Barr's press conference and the impending release of the redacted Mueller Report, Democracy for America Chair Charles Chamberlain released the following statement:
“This isn’t the release of a redacted Muller report, this is a coverup.
“Attorney General Barr is not protecting the American people or the constitution with this release or his absurd press conference prior to the release of the report. He’s protecting Donald Trump, the Trump family, and the criminal campaign that got Trump into the White House.
“The only upside of today’s release is that we now know definitively that Donald Trump was lying when he claimed “complete and total exoneration” by the Mueller Report.
“Until members of Congress have seen and publicly examined everything contained in the original Mueller report, there’s no telling what other lies the Trump administration is hiding behind in today’s redacted release.” -- Charles Chamberlain, Chair, Democracy for America
