VICTORY: DFA enthused by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s decisive general election win
Progressive champion Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has won a decisive victory in her congressional reelection bid. The Squad member’s seat was considered to be safely Democratic going into the general, following her similarly decisive win in the primary election in June.
DFA, which also supported AOC ahead of her historic 2018 primary victory, made Ocasio-Cortez’s reelection effort one of its first endorsements of the 2020 election cycle.
